OPTXCO was founded by Nasim Sadr-Fala, an operations and strategy professional with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations through growth, complexity, and transition.
Nasim’s work is grounded in systems thinking, operational clarity, and deep respect for the people doing the work. She brings a calm, steady presence to moments where founders often feel overwhelmed or stretched thin.
Her approach is not about control or quick fixes but about helping leaders think clearly, make intentional decisions, and build businesses that don’t rely on them forever.
